If anyone should need help with the use of any of the machines, please ask before you use it, better be safe than sorry!

Just a few reminders please:

·        GYM/EXERCISE CLOTHING IS A MUST!!

·        MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD RUNNING SHOES!!

·        NO EATING OR DRINKING ALLOWED IN THE AREA

·        NO BARE FEET/FLIP FLOPS OR HIGH HEELS ON MACHINES

·        NO ABAYAS IN THE AREA

·        BRING AND USE YOUR OWN FACE CLOTH

THERE ARE LOCKERS – YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE THEM

WE HAVE CHANGE ROOMS AND SHOWER FACILITIES TOO!! – Use them J

I am sure there will be teething problems, so lets hope that they will be minor issues.
